FAQs

A few practical questions.

What to expect, how we work, and where to start.

Is the tech assessment really free?

Yes. It’s a call with Riley about your goals, customer-facing tech stack and marketing engine. You’ll get an initial read on where things may be getting stuck and a few ideas about what to address now versus later. There’s no commitment to buy a sprint or ongoing work. Deeper analysis and implementation are scoped separately.

What should I prepare?

Just an overview of the tools you use and what feels difficult or could work better. You don’t need to prepare reports or send customer data, passwords or system access before the call. If a deeper review would help, we’ll agree on the information needed separately.

Which platforms do you work with?

We’ll talk about the systems your winery uses today—such as ecommerce, POS, reservations, wine club, email or CRM. You don’t need to have every system integrated with Vinformance to have a useful conversation.

What happens after the assessment?

If you’d like help acting on an opportunity, we’ll agree on the scope, priorities, timing and fee before any paid work begins. You can also take the recommendations and work on them with your own team.

Will the assessment tell me how much revenue I’ll make?

No. An initial conversation can surface promising opportunities, but it can’t forecast or guarantee sales. If you decide to investigate an opportunity further, we’ll agree on how to measure it and what the available data can support.

Is the app part of working with Vinformance?

Yes—the shared workspace and Banks experience are being developed as part of the service. The preview shows how your team can ask questions, request work, follow progress and find deliverables. We agree on app access and the connections needed for your engagement during scoping; the preview is not a live connected account.

Can you connect all the systems we use?

We plan around your full stack, including commerce, POS, websites, reservations, email, CRM, and other customer-facing tools. Bring your current systems to the conversation and we’ll confirm what can connect and what needs custom work before committing.
